By reserving or using our space, you agree to comply with these terms to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for you and your guests. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Hotel
- Check-In Time: You can check in starting at 2:00 PM.
- Check-Out Time: Please check out by 12:00 noon.
- Room Key: Keep your room key safe. You will be charged for any damage or loss.
- Cleanliness: Please keep the hotel clean. Don’t hang anything on the walls.
- Pets and Plants: No pets or plants are allowed in the hotel.
- Food and Drinks: You can’t bring food or drinks outside into the hotel.
- Personal Belongings: Take care of your belongings. We are not responsible for any loss or damage.
- Prohibited Items: Don’t bring dangerous or explosive items into your room.
- Storage Restrictions: No heavy or inappropriate items should be in the room.
- Lost Items: If you leave behind items for more than 60 days, we may dispose of them.
- Behaviour: No gambling or illegal activities are allowed.
- Noise: Please keep quiet in the hotel.
- Hanging Items: Don’t hang clothes or other items outside the windows.
- Visitors: No visitors are allowed in the hotel after 10:00 PM.
- Room Changes: You can’t change your room without permission from the Front Desk.
- Damage Responsibility: You are responsible for any damage to furniture or facilities in your room.
- Incidental Charges: Pay any extra charges, like phone bills, right away.
- Electric Appliances: Turn off all electric appliances when you leave your room.
- Window Safety: For safety, windows cannot be opened.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the hotel, except in designated areas.
- Appliance Restrictions: Don’t bring your own electric appliances into the room without permission.
- Cooking: Cooking or using fire in the room is not allowed.
- Emergency Services: For hospital or ambulance help, contact the Front Desk.
- Room Checks: Staff may check your room from time to time.
- Souvenirs: Don’t take items from the room as souvenirs; it will be charged to your bill.
- Misconduct: If you disturb others, management can ask you to leave.
- Changes to Rules: Management can change these rules at any time without notice. For questions, ask at the Front Desk.
- General Practices: For anything not covered here, we follow standard hotel practices in Jharkhand.
Restaurant
- Reservation Booking: You can book your stay or table online, by phone, or in person.
- Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- Cleanliness: Please keep the resort clean. No items should be hung on the walls.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Food and Beverages: Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
- Personal Belongings: Take care of your belongings. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Prohibited Items: Do not bring dangerous or illegal items to the resort.
- Lost and Found: Unclaimed items will be held for 30 days before disposal.
- Behaviour: No gambling or illegal activities allowed on the premises.
- Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a minimum to respect other guests.
- Damage Responsibility: You are responsible for any damage to furnishings or facilities.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the resort. Please use designated areas.
- Emergency Help: For hospital or ambulance services, please contact the Front Desk.
- Misconduct: Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave for inappropriate behaviour.

Banquet Hall
- Reservation Booking: Book your banquet hall in advance, either online, by phone, or in person.
- Payment Terms: A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due before the event.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 14 days before the event to receive a full refund of your deposit.
- Event Timing: Events can be scheduled from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Please adhere to this schedule.
- Setup and Cleanup: You may access the hall 2 hours before your event for setup. Cleanup should be completed by the end time.
- Guest Count: Provide an estimated guest count at the time of booking and confirm it 72 hours before the event.
- Catering Policy: All food and beverages must be provided by our in-house catering service. Outside catering is not permitted.
- Decorations: Decorations are allowed but must be approved by management. No items can be attached to walls or ceilings.
- Audio/Visual Equipment: Basic A/V equipment is available. Any additional equipment must be arranged in advance.
- Alcohol Policy: Alcohol can only be served by our licensed staff. A bar service fee may apply.
- Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels reasonable to avoid disturbing other guests.
- Parking: Parking is available for guests. Please follow all posted signs and regulations.
- Insurance and Liability: The organizer is responsible for any damage to the property. Insurance is recommended for large events.
- Prohibited Items: No illegal substances, explosives, or flammable materials are allowed.
- Security: Management reserves the right to monitor events and may require security for larger gatherings.
- Lost and Found: The venue is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the event.
- Emergency Procedures: Please familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures upon arrival.
- Misconduct: Management reserves the right to terminate the event if any guest behaves inappropriately.
