Booking Rules for Ramoji Resort and Restaurant
- Reservation Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Guest Information: Please provide accurate personal information, including names, contact details, and any special requests.
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment options.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in will receive a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
- Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Room Occupancy: Each room has a maximum occupancy limit. Please ensure that the number of guests does not exceed this limit.
- Identification Requirements: Valid identification (such as a government-issued ID) is required upon check-in for all guests.
- Special Requests: If you have any special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, room preferences), please mention them during the booking process.
